Meet Gloria Restrepo 

While my Master’s in Psychology represents a longer educational journey and more rigorous licensure requirements, I am a lifelong learner and dedicate more than 200 hours each year to continued education and specialty training.

With 30 years of disciplined practice and a zest for learning, I’ve garnered a robust set of tools and protocols to draw from to create more awareness and better results. I understand every client is unique and tailor my approach to your individual circumstances. I also have overcome significant trauma and difficult times in my personal life with the support of a therapist. Some things you can’t do alone!

The choices I’ve learned to make have led me to live a life of balance, where I am both fulfilled and capable. I’m not afraid nor too tired to accompany you in this part of your journey. In fact, it is because I have clarity that I can help YOU find it.

The real life ME:
 

I’m from Colombia. I’ve traveled all over the world and lived in several countries. I speak three languages. My mom is a psychologist and my father was an international lawyer. 

​

I grew up in the 1980’s when drug cartels were at war with Colombia. For this I’m grateful, in that witnessing such inhumanity and violence taught me deep compassion, respect and honor for life and my fellow humans. Everything in life – the good AND the bad – serves our best interest and works collectively to get you to the highest version of yourself.

My daily life is spent allowing each moment to unfold and show me the way. I endeavor to spend as much time as possible immersed in nature, on or near water. I’m in love with my husband and our three boys.  I do my best to create the future I desire by being present and acting deliberately.

Creating is our superpower. I now know how to harness the ability to create my life. I have family, freedom, resources and trust in myself. I enjoy fulfillment, contentment and happiness. What you cultivate (give attention to) grows.
