Approach to Your Healing
Today there exists a wealth of information, tools and wisdom from which to draw. Determining which approach is best for an individual or couple is based on uncovering their needs and/or goals for therapy. Examples include resolving trauma and deleting our outdated programs, learning effective communication tools, making conscious our subconscious beliefs, replacing limiting beliefs and the list goes on.
Intention + Mechanism = Results
In order to select the right modality (mechanism), we must first identify the need that is not being fulfilled (intention). When the intention is clear, the mechanism will present itself and the desired result will be realized.
Therapy is a journey with different stages and each stage has its own value by learning more about ourselves. The more we learn about ourselves, the more we can become aware of what is working and not working for us. Life can be messy, complicated and full of surprises. Even so, you can experience each step with ease and joy.

The process of going through therapy can be similar to peeling an onion; there are layers to our experience. As a result, during the sessions we peel back each layer to discover more. It can be difficult at times, and things may get worse before they get better. And when they do, you can expect change in your motivations, growth in self awareness, and to find yourself responding differently to life. When we uncover what is stopping you, we transform it and unleash your true self. Thereby empowering you to move forward in life, making choices that truly benefit you.

When it comes to treatment modalities, our quiver is full!
Clinical Therapy
Clinical therapy has made tremendous progress over the past 30 years. With growing insights into how the brain functions and processes experience, mental health diagnoses are now seen as far more manageable. We now have evidence-based frameworks and treatment maps that help us heal trauma and reduce uncomfortable symptoms like anxiety, panic, and OCD.

Holistic Therapy
Holistic therapy is rooted in ancient wisdom and has a long-standing track record of success. It’s built on the understanding that the human body and mind are naturally capable of healing when given the right conditions. This approach is simple, effective, and honors the connection between mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Biodecoding
Biodecoding helps us uncover the emotional and biological roots of our maladaptive patterns—many of which are outdated coping mechanisms formed during past experiences. Once we identify the original programming event and understand that it’s no longer needed, we can release old patterns and create new responses, behaviors, and perspectives that truly serve us.
